The Dynamo thanks to its hands-free facility, allows a greater diversity of exercises and freer movements favoring better rhythm and dynamics.

UNIQUE with your Ballet Foot Stretch Dynamo, you can remove the detachable long handle. With the leg strap accessory provided, you can tie the footstretcher on to the upper ankle. This allows your knee complete freedom to bend and stretch, enabling you to perform a greater variet of dynamic floor exercises, handsfree.

The Dynamo footstretcher can fit more easily into your ballet bag thanks to the detachable handle, so you can bring it with you anywhere and train anytime.

Handsfree
With your Ballet Foot Stretch® Dynamo you can remove the detachable long handle. With the leg strap accessory provided, you can tie the footstretcher on to the upper ankle. This allows your knee complete FREEDOM to bend and stretch, enabling you to perform a greater variety of dynamic exercises.

Safe and Efficient
Due to its ergonomic (patented) design it achieves a stretching action, avoiding unnecessary pressure on the heel.

Bilateral
You can, with the same device, use the right or left foot thanks to the design that allows to position the heel placing the foot in a turn-out position.

Variable intensity
The long handle in hand facilitates the maneuver, to adjust intensities of the stretch, according to the needs of the user.

Correct alignment
The foot, knee and hip are stretched in all leg positions: front, side and back.

Active and passive stretch
It allows passive (seated or lying on the floor holding different positions), and dynamic stretching exercises, also putting in action knee and hip joints.

Plus, for the dancers, you can also use the device to mold the new pointe shoes so that they adapt a correct form from the beginning.
